RATES
Letting charges for the season 2009 / 2010 are from £450 to £550 per week all inclusive and a 10% deposit secures the booking with the balance being due four weeks prior to the holiday.
Cheques should be made payable to Mrs. V. Wilson.
Key arrangements will be made prior to entry and the period of let is from 2.00pm. on the Saturday to 11.00am. on the Saturday of departure unless by prior agreement.
It would be gratefully appreciated if our house is tidied and left in the condition you find it on arrival.
